Securing Your Date:

• 25% deposit required to confirm booking

• Remaining balance due 7 days before event setup

Rescheduling:

• Allowed with minimum 7-day notice

• Subject to availability

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide venue access at agreed setup time

• Ensure electrical outlets available for lighting/tech add-ons (if needed)

• Notify us of any venue restrictions or special requirements

Pricing:

• Final quotes based on venue size, and décor complexity

For International Events (Guyana & Caribbean)

Securing Your Date:

• 30% deposit required to confirm booking

• Remaining balance due 14 days before event

• Payments accepted in USD/local currency via bank transfer or Zelle

Additional Considerations:

• We coordinate backup plans and local vendor partnerships to ensure seamless execution

Payment Methods:

Bank transfer, Zelle, Paypal, MMG, MoneyGram, Western Union, or credit card (processing fees may apply)

In special cases for customers a local drop off may be arranged.
